Got a recorded call saying it was HMRC and they were going to prosecute me. This was just a few days after I handed in my self assessment online. I logged into my government gateway account to see if there was any message from them and there was nothing at all. Then I spoke to someone on the HMRC chat and they double checked and said there’s nothing on my account. They reckon it was a phishing scam. Be careful out there!
