I’ve got no clue who rang me, but when I tried calling them back, it wouldn’t even go through! Sounds dodgy to me, probably some kind of spam or a scam for sure.

Got a call from a bloke with an American accent, sounded like he was from Massachusetts or somewhere around there. He was going on about some investment I'd made back in 2007 or something, which I hadn't done at all. When I said that, he just cut me off. Had a similar run-in years ago where they started threatening legal stuff and all that nonsense. It's a proper shame all these dodgy calls are allowed here. Best thing is to just ignore them and hang up straightaway!

Got a call from someone saying he was Gregg Mathis from Massachusetts capital about AIH. Said he’d pay me $5.82 a share, claiming I got 36,328 shares or something. I'd never come across this before. When I asked if he wanted any cash upfront, he just went quiet and hung up. That was the end of it.

Got a call from the States, picked up but said nothing since we usually get silent ones. After a bit, a bloke finally started talking, so I asked if this was about MobileStream Oil - we've had loads of calls from the US and Hong Kong about that dodgy scheme. He refused to say anything, so I warned him I'd end the call if he stayed quiet. Of course, he kept silent, so I just hung up and blocked the number straight away.
