Got a call from this number on my home phone earlier. Told the person on the line I didn’t want any unwanted calls. Then, they kept ringing me over and over, like 15 times, even blocking the caller ID. I had to dash out, so I let the answerphone take it. When I checked later, there was a message saying something about an emergency at Warwick Hospital, with a contact number for the hospital too. How much longer are we expected to tolerate this sort of harassment???

Got a call from some guy named “Danny” from India, asking about my mum’s health records and doctor visits. I acted like I was her and just listened to all his nonsense before hanging up. He rang me back straight away, so I told him she wasn’t around and wouldn’t be back anytime soon, then ended the call again. After that, he kept calling non-stop for about 5 minutes. I was a bit worried at first, thinking it could be legit, so I looked up the number online and turns out I did the right thing by ignoring it.

This number just rang me and first wanted to speak to me, then kept asking for my husband. After ringing about 15 times, the caller claimed he was a doctor and said it was really important to talk to my husband because some test results came back worrying. Since my husband hasn’t been to any hospital recently, I reckon it’s a scam and whoever is behind this should be put to a halt.

I got bombarded with 11 calls all in a row. The very first one said something about a new boiler scheme from the government. Then the next call was all angry, asking why I’d just hung up on them. The third call was supposedly from a doctor’s surgery, saying my dad had to sort something out. The fourth one claimed to be a doctor wanting to talk to the man of the house about medicine for his kids. After that, every single call was just harassing me, telling me I was wasting a doctor’s time and that it was really important I ring them back!

Got a call from this number, told the person I wasn't keen and ended the call. But, they called me right back every time I hung up. It went on like this for nearly 10 mins until I finally blocked the number using my Sky Talk Shield. After that, no more calls. So annoying!

Got a call from some bloke trying to sell me a boiler. He was really pushy and kept ringing even after I told him to knock it off. It felt quite threatening, honestly. In the end, I just had to unplug the phone for a couple of hours to get some peace.

Earlier today, I noticed I had a missed call on my answerphone from the number +001612548621, came through at about 6:33pm on the 11th of July 2017. Not sure what the ‘00’ at the start means, but I’m guessing it’s some kind of scam. Can anyone confirm if that’s right? Also, any tips on how to block these calls would be great.

Some woman called me claiming she was with Southern Electric. I told her that’s rubbish since we’re not even in the country and we’ve got TTP, so we shouldn’t be getting calls like that anyway. Pretty clear it was just a scam.

Anyone else get calls about grants for boilers? Seems like they’re always trying to push some deal on replacement or repairs. Bit annoying really, but maybe worth looking into if you’re thinking of upgrading your heating?
