Then, within a week, out of the blue, they messaged again saying I owed £150 and took that money straight from my bank. I rushed to my bank and thankfully got a refund in under a couple of hours. Fast forward a year and they’re still blowing up my phone with calls, texts and voicemail, insisting I’ve got an active contract.
