They rang me twice, once at 9.14 and before that at 8.11. Claimed to be from BT and said my IP had been hacked several times from other countries. Told me my phone line was gonna be cut off and then they put me through to some “engineer” to fix it and prevent the shutdown. Ended up just hanging up.

Got a call from someone who said they worked for BT, told me my Internet was causing problems. Seemed a bit dodgy to me.

Got a call from this number at 9.15 in the morning, after already getting one at 8am. They claimed to be from BT and said they were going to cut off my line.

Got calls again at 8 in the morning and then once more about 9:15. I just answered and kept quiet, no one said a word before they cut off. Probably another scammer trying to pull a fast one.

I saw the number but had no clue who it was, so I just ignored it and waited for them to give up. If it really matters, they’ll get in touch some other way.

Got a call from a US number, but when I answered, there was nobody speaking on the other side. Weird.
