They kept ringing us up on different numbers, saying they were from the company and needed to chat with someone else who worked here, asking for all sorts of company info. I told them to do one quite bluntly and put the phone down. Haven't heard a peep from them since.

Today this number popped up on my phone, but since my relatives live abroad, I figured it wasn't them and let it go to voicemail. I usually do this when the caller ID doesn’t show a name, just to see who's calling before I pick up. As soon as the answerphone started, the call ended immediately. After reading what others had to say about answering this number, I’m honestly relieved I didn’t answer. So, my rating is on the lower side, just because I didn’t actually speak to anyone.

The caller said they were from the Telephone Preference Service and promised to stop annoying calls, but I reckon they might’ve been from Eastern Europe or Asia. I hung up and looked them up on this site straight away.

they rang up and immediately started asking for my card info, sounded really dodgy to me.

Got a call from someone with an Indian accent who said he was Paul from the "call blocking team." He said he'd help me get rid of all the annoying calls today. When I asked which company he worked for, he just kept saying "call blocking department." Once I pressed him a bit more, he said BT, but I don't use them. Then the bloke just hung up on me.
