5 yearsGot a call from someone saying they were with Canon after I’d had a dodgy chat online. They wanted to access my computer, but when I said no, they asked for £99 to sort out my printer issue. Looking back, I can see now it was a scam, not the real Canon support. I did give them my phone number, and honestly, I nearly got caught out. Canon themselves are looking into it and made it clear they don’t charge for help like that. Just be careful and make sure you’re dealing with the official support when trying to fix your printer!Canon5 yearsI got a call from someone saying they were from Canon after I had a bit of a dodgy chat online.
