Absolutely, we’ve received a call just now and I’m quite keen to find out who it was.

I received a call supposedly from Eon Energy today. However, when I asked him for some straightforward account information, he seemed totally clueless, which made me quite suspicious about the legitimacy of the call. As I continued to ask questions, his attitude took a turn for the worse-he became quite rude and abruptly cut the line. Not the sort of customer service I’d expect, that's for sure!

somebody rang me saying they were from eon energy. but when i asked for stuff about my account, he couldnt give me any proper answers, which seemed fishy. then i kept asking and he started getting rude and then just ended the call. proper dodgy behaviour!

A friend of mine fell victim to a phone scam from this number. They claimed to be representatives from Microsoft. If I were in your shoes, I’d avoid answering at all costs.
