He gave the correct name and address and asked me to confirm if the details were right. I told him Alliance and Leicester don’t exist anymore and he said those shares were moved to Santander. When I said the info wasn’t correct, he just hung up. Funny thing is, the person he wanted to speak to passed away more than four years ago.
