My dad got a call from someone claiming to be from an internet provider, saying there were some issues they needed to discuss with him. They asked him to choose options to reach a manager for a chat. Naturally, he just hung up straight away since he doesn’t even have internet at home! Pretty clear it was a scam call, probably trying to get him to press option one so they could hit him with expensive premium rates and keep him on the line as long as possible.
