Got a call about some boiler replacement offer, sounded like an automated sales script. I suspect it's one of those third-party marketing firms who don’t really bother about ethics. If your phone lets you block numbers, I’d say go for it. They claim they’ll take you off their call list if you ask, but honestly, it’s a load of rubbish. Won’t make a difference.

I keep gettin calls about a boiler replacement scheme from what they say is some government program. When I answer, it asks me to press 2 if I want details or 9 if I want off their call list. I've pressed 9 at least five times now but still, the calls keep coming through, even though my number’s on the TPS. Really annoying!

Been getting calls about replacing my boiler from different numbers now, this is like the third one! Proper pain, honestly best to just ignore them. Don’t bother picking up.
