Got a call from some big international firm looking to purchase a small, undisclosed stake in Tata Steel and they were offering a really attractive deal.

Today at around 4.13pm I got a call out of the blue from this number about something to do with "concessionary" shares. The company they mentioned was totally unfamiliar and they spoke so fast I couldn’t even jot down the name. I asked where they were calling from and they said New York. It sounded like some kind of broker or financial firm. As far as I know, I’ve never been told I’m entitled to any concessionary shares. Honestly, I’m not sure if this was a scam or not.

I got a phone call about some bonus shares supposedly owed to me by a company. It sounded a bit too good to be real, so I just hung up. They actually called me yesterday too.
