8 yearsSome bloke called himself Paul, sounded like he was from England, said my car’s warranty with Bolaer Polar was nearly up. Didn’t say which car though, which was weird. I tried putting him on hold to look up the company online, but nothing came up on Google. Before I could say much, he hung up. Then, out of nowhere, he phoned again and started shouting at me. Proper rude.PaulBolaer PolarGoogle8 yearsGot a call from an automated voice saying something about “Tokyo financial...”, which immediately made me think it was either a phishing attempt or some aggressive telemarketing. I just ended the call straight away. The number they used looked dodgy too, no trace of it anywhere online and it showed a Peru dialling code, which is weird because Japan’s code is 0081. I’m pretty sure it wasn’t really from Peru at all. Most likely, they faked the caller ID to trick people and their goal is probably to rip off personal details or something like that.Tokyo FinancialJapanPeruSubmit Your Own Report (514241514)
