Got a robotic call claiming to be from BT, saying if I press 1 I’d get an operator and if I press 2 they’d cut my internet off! No chance, I’m not falling for that rubbish.

Just got a call on my home phone around 9.55 this morning, a recorded lady’s voice telling me there’s an issue with my BT line and to press 1 or whatever - total rubbish as usual. I’ve had to block them through BT now. It’s happening way too often, really annoying!

Got another call from someone claiming to be BT's tech team, talking about cutting off my broadband again. Just the same old rubbish. Best to just hang up and block the number.
