Someone called me claiming to be from BT, saying my router was broken and to hit 1 to get an engineer out. I’d just spoken to BT last week, and that was handled quickly by their team in India, with nothing about any router issues mentioned. Pretty sure this is just a scam. I asked BT before about all these annoying calls from overseas, and they told me there’s nothing they can do to block them 😠
