Got a call from someone pretending to be Ofcom, saying they had to cut off my broadband. Totally a scam!

Didn't pick up. Haven't been getting annoying calls for a good few weeks now but today I've had two calls from different numbers, both from the US it seems. I don't know anyone over there and from what I've dealt with before, these calls are no use to me and probably best ignored, though who knows what risks they might carry.
