7 yearsIt’s absolutely awful that nothing’s being done about these scammers. We’re pensioners and it’s really upsetting!! They ring up saying your bank’s been emptied or your internet’s been hacked - it never ends. TPS is useless, they don’t do a thing. Ofcom never even replies, and the fraud team just see us as a pain and soon ignore us. Just let us live peacefully in our later years. Also, if we miss a call and check with 1471 to see who rang, BT or EE charge us for it.
