You could tell it was a call centre with all the noise buzzing in the background. The person claimed to be from BT Openreach and said something was wrong with my router. The moment I blurted out "This is a scam call," he just hung up straight away. Seems really sketchy to me. Most likely some kind of phishing attempt or something worse. Best to steer clear.
