I keep getting these automated calls supposedly from Amazon Prime saying they’re about to take £79.90 out of my account by mistake (when it’s actually supposed to be £7.99 per month). They tell me to press 1 to speak to customer service who will supposedly help cancel the subscription. They insist you can’t cancel directly through Amazon’s site. Feels like a total scam just to grab personal info. These calls come nearly every other day - absolutely frustrating!
