I got four calls from this number in just a minute earlier today, 1546. When I quickly answered with a loud “hello”, all I could hear was heavy breathing before the call ended. Was it a mistake, a kid messing about, a cry for help, bad news meant for someone else, or maybe some kind of scam? Either way, it was pretty unsettling and made me worry a bit.

They keep ringing my elderly parents loads, even though mum and dad have told them over and over that it’s a council property and has got solar panels already. It’s ridiculous - we get like 3 calls a week, and they even bother them on their mobiles as well as the home phone!

My elderly folks keep gettin loads of calls from the same lot, even after telling em loads of times it’s a council house. They ring at least three times weekly, using both the mobile and the landline! Proper annoying.

some bloke from a “solar panel servicing company” called up, trying to get me to pay for a solar panel check. had similar calls from other firms like this before, and from what ive googled its all dodgy. i just cut him off mid-chat saying i was ending the call.
