Just like what others have said, I've gotten calls too. Today I had one from +1268776594, and over the past few days, there have been a few more coming from overseas numbers. Quite annoying really.

Had a couple of calls from 001 numbers today, third time in just a few hours. Didn’t pick up, knowing it’s probably just another scam. A mate actually lost £1000 after getting one of these calls from a similar 001 number - really makes you wonder why BT aren’t cracking down on this stuff. The other calls came from 001243673979 (you know, the usual “visa security” nonsense) and 001268776594. It’s proper annoying.

Got a call from visa security yet again, but today it was from a different 00144 number. This is the second time ive had this happen.

I've had three calls already today from these same numbers mentioned earlier. Honestly, just don't pick up if it feels dodgy. Keep your voicemail on, 'cause they never seem to leave a message. And seriously, avoid pressing 1 for an advisor - it’s better to just ignore!
