I got a call from someone named "Peter Willson" about that accident I had. Thought it was a scam at first, but he sounded pretty sincere. Still, I’m a bit on edge about it all.

Tried calling back, but the number 07804430589 doesn’t show up anywhere - seems like it’s not recognised at all.

I called to talk to someone apparently involved in a crash. When I asked if his mum would be pleased about him making that sort of call, he just ended the call.

On 15 March 2018 here in the UK, I tried blocking this number through BT Call Protect, but the system kept telling me “Please enter a valid phone number.” Bit suspicious if you ask me.

Loads of time the phone just rings and nobody says anything when I answer. Really annoying these silent calls.

They rang up asking if I’d been involved in any car crashes over the past three years, which was complete rubbish. I told the bloke he was talking nonsense and then just hung up on him.

Today at about 10.33am (8th January 2018) I got a call from this number but chose not to answer because I use call ID to screen who’s ringing before picking up. I often get loads of annoying calls from different numbers and only recently started looking them up on the internet - I’ll definitely keep doing that now. Unfortunately, I can’t really say much about who was calling but I’d be grateful if you could tell me how to block these calls. Cheers. - B Terry, Minehead, Somerset
