Got a call from a young woman with like an Eastern accent who kept saying 'mam', said she was calling about cutting down my BT bill. I had a chuckle and mentioned she didn’t sound like she was from around here, also said BT wouldn’t ring me up like that. She abruptly told me to “bugger off” and then just hung up on me!
