5 yearsI got a call from a woman saying she was from "BT's tech team" wanting to know about my internet connection earlier today. Pretty obvious it was dodgy because: first off, BT doesn’t have a technical department like that (I’ve worked there before so I know); second, the internet isn’t referred to as a line; and third, I’m not even a BT customer!
