This bloke rang me claiming he was from the Windows support team. He was going on about loads of errors popping up on my PC and offered to guide me through fixing them. When I asked him for some proof of identity, he warned that if I didn’t follow his instructions, Windows would just shut down my computer. It all felt really dodgy and quite worrying.
