Someone called saying they were from BT, saying there was an issue with my broadband IP addresses. They wanted me to install AnyDesk so they could access my laptop remotely to 'fix' it. Then I got a text from '-BT-' with some kind of code too. Felt really dodgy and like a scam to me.
