This number's been ringing me up a bunch, claiming to be TalkTalk. Their English was rubbish though, which kinda gave it away! I tried using TalkTalk’s call blocker, but the calls don’t seem to stop. Honestly, with TalkTalk being as bad as it is, this sort of thing isn't really surprising.

Kept getting calls from someone saying they were with TalkTalk, really wouldn't take no for an answer.

Today I got about 3 calls from someone who used our name, saying they was from TalkTalk. Their English was terrible, and they claimed some bad software had been put on our computer in the last couple weeks. Total nonsense. I just told them to leave me alone and never ring back.

Got two calls from the same place today. The first one claimed they were a tech support firm and said there was an issue with my Microsoft Windows - which I don’t even use! Then they rang again but this time said they were from Talktalk. I asked them for a phone number to ring back on, but they just cut me off straight away. Honestly, stay well clear of them!!

I got a call from someone claiming they were from TalkTalk. I let them carry on the spiel while they were trying to get me to download some software on my PC. Eventually, I told them I’d be reporting them to the coppers.

This number rang me up wanting to chat with my gran, but she wasn’t there. So I asked if I could leave a message. They went on to say it was from her boyfriend and he wanted to f##k her. I just ended the call right away. Bloody hell, imagine if a kid had picked up and heard all that rubbish? It’s not on at all!

Got a call from a woman who barely spoke English, said she was from Talk Talk. She claimed I had some kind of virus on my computer that was reported a couple of weeks ago. Thing is, I never reported anything. She asked me by my name but I just ended the call when she kept pleading for me to hear her out. Makes me think it could be scammers who stole Talk Talk customer info some time ago.

Keeps calling and then dropping the line. Seems like they’re hoping you'll return the call, which could end up costing you a fair bit. Best to avoid calling back altogether.
