I’ve gotten a few calls lately from some automated message saying it’s Amazon tech support. It goes on about my Amazon Prime subscription being renewed for £49.99, but the thing is, I don’t even have Prime! Pretty suspicious and annoying.

Got a robo call saying I gotta cough up £35 or they’ll cancel my Amazon Prime subscription. Thing is, I don’t even have Amazon Prime! Didn’t pick up, but annoyingly they left a voicemail. Honestly, when will BT sort these muppets out and block these calls?

I didn’t really listen much, just said it was something about blocking calls and hung up on him before blocking the number.

Got a robo call saying £35 would be taken from my bank for some AMAZON PRIME payment and I had to press 1 to stop it. I know Amazon never ring you like that, they only send info through your account online, so this has got to be a scam. Funny thing is, the same number rang me earlier today with a different automated lady voice saying £299 was going to be taken out - completely another scam attempt!

Had a hectic day so thought I’d ring up my folks. As soon as I got through, my dad couldn’t even say a word before the line went dead on me. Definitely something fishy, be careful out there.

Just got a dodgy call from some robot woman saying they were gonna take £299 from my bank for something to do with my computer licence or some kind of "regulatory licence," not sure what that’s about. She told me to press 1 for a technician or 2 for accounts. Definitely a scam - don’t fall for it!
