Had some bloke ringing me up super early the other morning, like 7 am! Proper persistent they were.

Total scam. Dont ever press 1 if you get a call from 001279777563. It's one of those automated robocalls saying your phone or internet service will be cut off if you hit 1. Just hang up straight away, dont bother. They keep ringing over and over which can be really stressful, especially for older folks. Its important to report stuff like this - ive already done it.
