On the 15th of May, we got a call saying we’d be cut off from BT straight away if we didn’t ring them back. We didn’t bother calling at all.

I've been getting calls from this same number claiming to be BT, saying my BT internet service was going to be cut off. Also, these numbers 001386853433 and 001386852785 keep ringing me every day. Definitely not BT as the messages are automated with an American lady's voice. It's really irritating and BE CAUTIOUS - if you follow their prompts and press 1 or 2, it connects you to a costly premium rate line.

Got a call from a lady speaking with an American accent saying my BT broadband would get cut off soon. This number, 001386852785, rang me twice just yesterday too. Feels a bit threatening and really annoying.

Got a call from an American lady saying my BT broadband was going to be cut off. It showed up as an international number for some reason. Had a similar one yesterday when I was out, also listed as an international call.
