It's been pretty calm for some time, but the computer scam calls have kicked off again. Some bloke with an Asian accent started going on about my computer having a virus and all that. I just ended the call straight away. Can you believe it? The same guy rang back to check if the call got dropped! Absolutely cheeky. Didn't answer again, just hung up straight away.

This number is completely unfamiliar to me, so I just let it ring and didn’t pick up.

This number rang me earlier but I didn’t pick up. I've dealt with calls from it before, and every time I mess around with them by pretending my computer isn’t Windows - but I never say that outright! Looks like these tricksters are active again, trying their usual nonsense.

Got a call from an Asian woman saying there was an issue with my computer. I told her it was upstairs and I’d need to get it started. She said no rush, take my time. I’ve just left the phone connected while writing this. She first called at 2.15pm and it’s now 2.45pm. I reckon everyone should try this and make them wait - waste their time for once.

Got a call from someone claiming there was an issue with my Windows, said they’d get my IT security manager to check it out and then just hung up. Sounded like one of those computer scams to me.

Some random number called me but the person on the end didn’t say anything, just kept saying hello a couple of times then went silent, so I just hung up and blocked the number. I keep getting calls from similar numbers and honestly, I don’t have time for these fools. They’re probably trying to scam people out of their money but I’m not falling for it. Watch out, they’re definitely after your bank info. Total waste of time!

A woman with an Asian accent rang me about some issue with my computer. I pretended to be interested just to keep her talking, but she ended up hanging up on me.
