7 yearsI had a weird call from a US number saying they were from BT and threatening to disconnect my broadband. They wanted me to press 1 so I could speak to a 'BT advisor'. I didn’t press it because I read somewhere that pressing 1 actually means you call *them* back, so you'd be ringing the US and getting charged big time.
