so this bloke rings claiming hes from some police dept - couldnt make out the name either! starts moaning about my internet being rubbish??? then he says he’ll put me through to a BT tech bloke - problem is, i’m not even with BT. phone got cut off but then the ‘BT engineer’ calls back - told him the cops called me - sounded really dodgy and foreign. just ended the call and hung up straight away. such a load of rubbish!
