Last week I got a call from an Asian guy saying he was with Microsft, asking for my name to confirm I was the primary account holder. I refused to give any info over the phone. We went back and forth a bit, then he hung up. Then this week I got another call from the same number, but this time it was an Asian woman. After a bit of a stubborn chat from both sides, she also ended the call.

On 03/04/2017 I got a call from a woman with an Eastern accent claiming she was from Microsoft, definitely a scam. I told her not to call me again and just hung up. The number she called from was a landline, 00123457890.

Some bloke rang saying he was from Microsoft Windows. I told him straight up he wasn’t, but he kept insisting. So I told him to jog on. Then he called back saying he’d spoken to my missus, told him off again in no uncertain terms. Next thing he rings to say he's had it off with my wife, yeah right! He keeps ringing to wind me up, but I just have a laugh at him every time. Honestly, it’s his money he’s squandering on calls like that.

Got a call from a lady with an Eastern accent on this number, told her to stop calling cause I suspected a scam. She rang back like 4 times after that, honestly think they’re trying to hack my computer or something. Don’t fall for it, just hang up or better yet, don’t pick up at all from this dodgy number.

SCAM ALERT - Caller claimed to be from Microsoft but kept talking about CLSID or some 'unique number' which sounded totally made up. Avoid!

Got a quick hello and then nothing. Bit odd to get a pestering call as early as 8:10am. I'm guessing it's those pesky scam folks from abroad, probably testing out some virus trick again (check my last remark). The call was from overseas. They might’ve made it a bit more believable if they’d dialled something like 00123456789, but that’d be way too obvious!

They keep ringing me up like twice a week, saying they're from Microsoft and there's something wrong with my PC. The woman on the line always has a thick Indian accent. I told her straight up I don’t even own a computer, but she just wouldn’t take my word for it. I even said I’ve got a newborn to look after, so the last thing I need is this nonsense, but she just kept insisting. Got fed up and ended the call in the end because I’m worried they might be able to trace my number or something.

Got a call from a lady speaking with an American accent, claiming it was about my Microsoft licence and rattling off some lengthy number. She asked why I hadn’t replied to their emails about something I couldn’t catch clearly. I requested she resend the info, but she said it wasn’t possible. So, I just ended the call.

Got a call this morning just before 9, claiming they’d ‘terminate’ my Windows account. Honestly, it's horrible how these scammers try to scare people who might not see through it. Proper upsetting stuff.

Been getting these annoying scam calls every day, all trying to trick me into giving out my PC login details. I usually mess with them, keeping them on the line until they lose interest. Think I'll just block the number from now on. I can imagine how scary this must be for people who aren’t so sceptical or easily fooled.
