I politely explained we were going through a bereavement but she kept saying "just three questions" and then "only 50 seconds" over and over. Eventually, I had to hang up. Right after, she rang back straight away. My dad, who’s just lost his wife, answered and told her "didn't you listen?" then ended the call.
