9 yearsi got two calls, one early on saturday at 8:16 in the morn, and another one on tuesday at about 8:55 am. considering the US is about 5 hours behind here, it seems like the calls probably got sent through the US. It’s hard to imagine anyone in the US ringing my landline at 3:16am though. Luckily, my call guardian blocked both of the calls.US9 yearsJust like every other call, it was a woman who said something about Windows being linked to my place. After a bit, she went on about turning off Windows on my PC. Total scam as usual.9 yearsThis number rings me almost every morning around half past eight. I picked up today and spoke to a 'Rom' from some tech company claiming there was a corrupt file on my end whenever I used my email. Right away, the background sounded nothing like a proper call centre, which was odd. Plus, since Microsoft’s an American firm, I was surprised his accent was distinctly Indian. I told him I wasn’t convinced this was legit and hung up straight away. Glad I found this page after the call, just to be sure.Microsoft9 yearsToday just after 8:30 in the morning (GMT), got a call from a woman with an Indian or Pakistani accent saying she was with Microsoft Windows support. This is the second time they've rung our landline, which is unlisted. Quite suspicious really.Microsoft9 yearsGot a call from some bloke claiming to be from the Windows tech team, there was loads of background noise like a call centre or summat.
