Received a call with no response on the other end. Not impressed at all!

Got loads of calls non stop from 01222330131, all looks like some kinda Microsoft scam. Proper annoying!

Calls keep coming from 001222330131 and it's really frustrating. I usually don’t pick up since I can see who's calling, but they ring at all sorts of hours, like super early or really late at night. Surely there’s a way to stop these annoying calls?

Some bloke called Peter claimed he was with Microsoft, but I told him I don’t own a computer. He tried again, saying I must have a laptop. I just told him bye and called him a scammer.

Someone rang, but there was a right old pause of nearly ten seconds before they spoke, just a background hum of a call centre. What a numpty!

Got a call about 4:30pm on 8th August 2016. Right when I picked up, they just dropped the call straight away. This has happened to me more than once now and it’s pretty annoying to get interrupted like that. I seem to remember one time they might have been asking something about a computer, but I honestly can’t remember the number that rang me.

Got a call earlier today from someone saying there was an issue with my Microsoft Windows PC. I told them I don't even use Windows, and they just kept calling me a liar. I tried explaining again but their response was just, "Why are you lying?" Honestly, what’s the deal with these calls anyway?

The caller just kept hacking away without uttering a single word! How strange!

I've had a rather similar experience to what others have shared. A woman with an accent from the Indian subcontinent called, claiming to be from Microsoft Technology. She introduced herself with a distinctly British name and informed me that there was an alleged hacking attempt on my computer that she could supposedly resolve. I've received multiple calls from different firms and decided to verify with Microsoft directly; they confirmed they do not conduct unsolicited calls to their customers at any time.

I received a couple of calls on the 1st of July, 2016, supposedly from Microsoft, claiming there was an issue with my computer. After realising it was a load of nonsense-since my machine was perfectly fine-I requested to have my phone number removed from their call list. Quite annoying, I must say, that they kept bothering me!

I keep receiving persistent calls from this number claiming to be Microsoft. The customer service was shocking; when I raised my concerns, the person on the line quite rudely told me to "bugger off"! How unprofessional!

Got a call on June 2nd from someone claiming my computer was hacked. I told them they were wrong if they thought I was that clueless! Then I just hung up.

Rang me at half eight this morning but didn’t utter a word on the line.

Today, I received a phone call from this number while I was in the UK. A chap named "David" claimed to be from Microsoft’s technical support, asserting he needed to discuss my computer issues. I quickly smelt a rat and informed him that I believed it was a scam. I made it clear that I wasn’t interested and promptly ended the call.

Some bloke named "David" rang claiming to be from Microsoft’s tech team, saying there was an issue with my PC. I just told him it was a load of rubbish and ended the call straight away.

I received a call from someone named Aimee at half-past eight in the morning, claiming that I had been hacked and that she was representing Microsoft. She insisted she was an engineer and that my computer had somehow reported a breach. Naturally, I was quite sceptical and asked her for more information about her credentials. She stated she was working for Microsoft, supposedly based in London with the head office in the United States. Yet, her accent was distinctly Chinese, and the background noise was eerily quiet, which struck me as odd! After a while, she seemed to lose patience and then handed the call over to a chap named John Davis, who introduced himself as a senior engineer at Microsoft, with an employee number of MA0251-yet again, the same Asian accent. He provided me with a different number to return the call when I pressed for clarity-02032393351. I told them to ring me back in an hour while I did some digging online (total SCAM!!!) It’s clear that Microsoft does not initiate calls like this or employ third parties to reach out to individuals.

Got a call from some Microsoft lot, sounded like a total scam. Once I mentioned I use a Mac, they suddenly lost interest. Proper annoying!

My landline’s been getting constant calls from this number. Luckily, I have a phone with a call blocker, so they can’t actually get through. They’ve rang me about 4 times just today, and probably close to 25 times over the past few weeks. It’s honestly just harassment at this point. I really think everyone should get a phone with call blocking, where callers have to say who they are before you decide whether to pick up. Since I got mine, the phone barely rings now - almost 90% fewer calls. The ones I do get are actual people I want to talk to.

Received a rather dodgy call earlier today from someone claiming to be "Microsoft." I certainly let them have it-didn't hold back! Now, I'm left pondering if they might retaliate by sneaking something malicious onto my computer? Just a thought. Cheers, John.

This number has called me loads over the last few days. When I finally picked up, the person said they were from Microsoft. I told them I’m on the Telephone Preference Service, so they really shouldn’t be ringing me, and the caller got quite rude about it.

I've been receiving calls from a woman with an accent, claiming there’s an urgent issue with my Windows system. It's obviously a scam! They've been ringing me at all hours, often without a sound, and other times they just click in and recite the same line. It’s incredibly frustrating!

Con artists! They’re feigning the ability to 'repair' my infected computer that’s been compromised by a virus. They just won’t take no for an answer!

For the past few days, I’ve been getting calls twice daily. Since I have caller ID, I usually just don’t answer. They never bother leaving a message on my voicemail either.

Received a silent call earlier. I could just make out some faint breathing for roughly half a minute before the line dropped. It's certainly not the first time this has happened.

I keep getting calls from someone pretending to be Microsoft, but I don’t have a PC at all! They’re really quite pushy and rude about it too.

Someone called claiming to be from Microsoft, but I’m convinced it was just a scam trying to trick me into letting them control my computer remotely.

I had a call that claimed to be from Microsoft earlier today. It took a rather aggressive turn when I questioned their legitimacy. Quite unpleasant, really.

Picked up the phone and all I could hear was a crazy laugh before the caller just ended the call!

Received calls from this number since the 4th of February 2016. They tend to ring rather early and disturb our sleep. When we answer, there's nobody on the line, and the call hangs up straight away. Is there any way to put an end to this nuisance?

Got a call from some bloke claiming to be Steve from Microsoft, telling me my PC was riddled with viruses. Instantly knew it was dodgy. This number’s been calling me about six times now. I've started messing them about, and they’re not happy - got pretty rude on me.

Yesterday I had a call from what looked like an international number. I usually just don’t bother answering those as they come through so often.

I got a call from this number while I was out yesterday, and then it called me back today. I picked up but only heard a dialling tone. Not too sure about a 001 number, it's a bit sus.
