We got a call at our shop, and no sooner had we picked up than they just cut off without a word - pretty clear they were up to no good!

I received a call with a really strong Indian accent, claiming to be from BT, stating they were going to sort out my internet issues. But as soon as I mentioned I didn’t own a laptop, the chap abruptly ended the call! He even quizzed me about whether I switched my internet off when I wasn’t using it, which made me quite suspicious. It really set off alarm bells in my mind!

Blimey, I received a staggering seven messages in quick succession from this number! It’s undoubtedly a pesky caller, isn’t it?

this number called me around 3:20pm today. the english was really hard to understand, sounded like a strong (indian maybe?) accent, and the connection was awful. i kept asking them to say things again but eventually just ended the call. never figured out what they wanted but pretty sure it was some kind of scam!

I received a call from someone claiming to be from BT regarding an issue with my internet connection, which they referred to as “faulty.” They insisted that I sit in front of my computer so that they could assist me through the troubleshooting steps. The accent seemed distinctly Indian, which raised my suspicions. I declined to cooperate, and then they abruptly ended the call.
