Got a call from a number that didn’t show up on BT call guardian, so I’m pretty sure it was either some call centre or a scam. I've put the number straight on my block list.

On 19th April, this number rang us, but because our phone's caller ID showed an international code (starting with 00), we decided to ignore it. Later, they left a voicemail asking us to press “one.” We immediately deleted the message. If you get a call, particularly from abroad, telling you to press a button or a number, don’t do it! You could get hooked up to a costly overseas line that charges around £20 to £50 per minute.
