So, I decided to ring the number back, and ended up speaking to someone with a foreign accent. They bizarrely advised me to contact the police, claiming my information was being misused. When I probed a bit further, the person became rather rude and insisted they had already informed the police. I asked if they were English, and their response was quite alarming.
