6 yearsAt about 3:46 pm on 28th September 2020, my phone buzzed. When I answered and said "hello," there was nothing but silence, though I could just catch soft breathing on the other end. After trying to speak a few more times, the person hung up. Lately, I’ve been getting loads of calls from numbers starting with 0012., all ending like this. It feels like someone’s dialling at random and hanging up straight away, maybe hoping people ring back and get stung by pricey premium rate fees.
