Got a call from someone pretending to be Amazon Prime. It was one of those automated messages saying they had taken £79.99 for renewing my membership. Then it told me to press 1 or 2 if I had any questions. Best thing to do is just ignore it and hang up - if you try to respond, it seems like they forward you to some expensive premium line.
