10 yearsGot a dodgy call claiming to be from Microsoft saying there was some issue with my PC based on a long number they called a CLSID. Totally rubbish. They then tried to convince me by fiddling around on menus on my screen, saying my computer had been hacked. Complete nonsense. Don’t fret, your computer is fine. These scammers can’t see your device at all unless you give them permission, and they definitely aren’t with Microsoft.
