Then today, I got a robo-call claiming to be from Amazon Prime, telling me they’d taken £79 from my account and asked me to press 1 to verify my bank details. Of course, I didn’t do that and hung up straight away. Tried to report it through Action Fraud’s website, but their form is rubbish and didn’t really work.
