Got a call from this number, the lady on the line had an Indian accent. She kept pushing and felt a bit rude, but she often hesitated like she wasn’t sure what to say next. A couple days back, I had a similar call from an Indian guy who was equally stubborn and a bit annoying. Out of curiosity, I went through the survey with him. Both times, they sounded like they were stressed out, probably from whoever runs the place. The guy even said something like, "please, this is the only work I’ve got."

Got these calls for ages now, so I just humer them and spin a different story every time if I’m bored. My kids think I’m nuts and they laugh their heads off behind me. Do any of these people from India actually have typical Indian names? Or if you ring back asking for Dave, Alan, Robert, will that even work? This number has been ringing me loads, always trying to get hold of me but never quite getting my name right. Most of the time, I just hang up without saying anything. But one time I asked, "What do you want?" and the woman on the other end said, "That’s for me to know and you to find out," before she suddenly ended the call. Quite strange really.

Lifestyle surveys people keep ringing me so much! I get calls on my house phone and mobile all day long - like at least ten times! It’s between 8 in the morning and half ten at night, which is nuts. The worst is when I’m trying to have a proper lie-in on my day off and they start calling right at 8am. Had to drag myself out of bed to answer and it’s just those bloody survey folk again. Today alone I got 8 annoying calls, but just one came from this particular number. Yesterday was even worse - more than 20 calls, mostly from men with Indian accents and one woman. They all somehow knew my name and where I live, asking if I’d do some kind of lifestyle survey. It’s really frustrating and I wish there was a way to put a stop to it. I’ve had several calls from people with all kinds of accents and both men and women, each wanting just a quick two minutes to do a survey. One bloke didn’t quite get the message even after I had my little ‘laughing gas’ ready, so he handed me over to his manager. I've been getting constant calls from a company called 'Lifestyle' claiming they need to ask some questions.
