I've been receiving these irritating phone calls from an unknown number lately. It's quite bothersome!

Just like I've mentioned before, I tend to ignore CALLS from UNKNOWN sources, particularly if they’re international.

Got a ring from this number but let Call Minder pick it up. Next thing, another call from 0001162886791, and once again Call Minder sorted it. Obviously a scam, just the original number with 00 and then three zeros added at the front! What muppets! Seems like they’re trying to dodge Call Minder’s blocks!

I just got a call from someone saying they were from BT about my internet getting cut off. Totally a scam, don’t fall for it! They asked for personal info, which was a dead giveaway. Stay safe, everyone!

Some bloke with an Indian accent claimed he was ringing from BT. When I kept pressing him on how he got my phone number, he just kept blabbering about being with BT and needing to call all their customers. Problem is, I'm not with BT at all. Then out of nowhere, he said he could VISUALLY see me. That freaked me out big time. I asked him straight up, “How are you seeing me? Do you have a camera here?” He kept insisting he could see me. I dunno if he’s still listening or hearing anyone else, but I let out a loud police whistle down the phone. That should’ve shocked him off!

Had three calls already this morning from these clowns, now pretending to use fake US numbers. I’ve flagged them up with Ofcom and the ICO, and they recommended also reporting to www.actionfraud.police.uk. Turns out Ofcom know about this lot too, and they’ve even begun pretending to be from Ofcom themselves!
