11 yearsI've been dealing with the same issue and honestly, it's been a nightmare. It started yesterday, ringing my brother’s phone like 6 times while he was trying to get some shut-eye before heading to work. Then, just this morning around 7:20am, I got another call from them again. Feels like it's becoming a daily hassle now.11 yearsGot a call from a guy with an Indian accent claiming to be from Talk Talk about our internet. I didn’t pay much attention and just hung up straight away. Then, about 6 minutes later, the phone rang again but all I could hear was some chatter in the background, sounded like people speaking an Indian language in an office or something.11 yearsJust like everyone else here, it’s so frustrating! I’ve gotten three calls from this number already today!11 yearsGot a call from someone saying they were with TalkTalk, saying my internet had issues. They asked me to switch on my computer, but I’m sure it’s a scam. If you follow what they say, you’re basically letting them get into your computer and see your stuff. Definitely don’t do it!TalkTalk11 yearsGot a call at 7:30 in the morning from someone claiming there was an issue with my internet. The man sounded like he might have been Indian and kept pushing for access to my PC. I wasn’t having any of it and said no. After I refused a few times, he just hung up. Afterwards, I rang BT to check if any problems had been reported and gave them the number used by the caller. They told me straight away it was a scam.BT11 yearsGot a call supposedly from Talk Talk about a problem with my internet. Since I'm actually with them, I nearly fell for it. They even gave me a number to prove they were legit. But I decided to ring the number on my actual Talk Talk bill instead, and they told me it was a scam. They were trying to get remote access to my computer!11 yearsGot a call from someone saying they were from Talk Talk about issues with my line. As soon as I told them I don't use Talk Talk, I just hung up. They tried to get me to let them mess with my computer.11 yearsHeard a lot of Indian voices in the background, didn’t catch anyone personally on the line.Submit Your Own Report (157238888)
