I’ve had this number ringing me quite a bit lately, with a mix of guys and gals who sound Asian calling.

They’re running the same old scam pretending to be from Microsoft support, but this time they’re trying to pass it off badly as something to do with a BT account.

I’ve told them off in no uncertain terms more than once, but they keep on pestering me!

Got two calls from this number but they just ended it both times. I've gone ahead and blocked it now.

I check this site pretty much every day. Today, when I answered the phone and said hello, the caller just hung up straight away. Bit annoying, really - missed my chance to give them a right earful! Got a call from some lady with an Asian accent, sounded like she was in some sort of call centre with all the noise behind her. She claimed to be from BT, telling me my internet was gonna get cut off soon. Thing is, the line was so bad and crackly I could barely catch what she was saying. I do have an account with BT but never got any messages or warnings from them before. Seems fishy to me.

I received a call around 2:00 PM today from someone claiming to represent BT. When I probed a bit, they resorted to foul language directed at me. It’s quite alarming, really. I believe BT ought to take action to prevent this sort of nonsense, especially since the caller's number is on record.

She was going on about my BT internet account being hacked, which was weird since I don't even have one with BT. Funny thing is, I'd only asked about something on the BT website last Thursday. I just told her where to go.
