Even though I’m on the TPS list, I still get these annoying robo calls about PPI all the time. When I press option 9 like they ask, it just doesn’t seem to make a difference - the calls keep coming. Eventually, I had enough and swapped my phones for ones that have built-in call blockers, and honestly, they haven’t missed a single unwanted call yet. It really makes me wonder why BT and the TPS can't come up with something just as effective to stop these nuisance calls.

Got a recorded call again from HES about claiming PPI back. The number’s on the TPS so I wasn’t expecting it. I’ve gone ahead and reported it to the ICO now.

Got a call from a firm named HES, supposedly about PPI refunds. It was an automated voice saying I could press 5 to talk to someone or 9 to remove myself from the list. I pressed 9 but the calls didn’t stop. When I finally got through to an advisor and asked for their company info, they just ended the call on me.
