10 yearsSo, I got a call from a woman who spoke with an Asian accent, and she kept asking for me by my last name. Then she wanted to know if my number was signed up with the TPS, you know, the Telephone Preference Service. I told her it was. She then went on about sending me some kind of gadget to plug into my phone that would stop unwanted calls. I just told her no and ended the call. Definitely a scam, be careful!Telephone Preference Service10 yearsI got a call from 000885652 earlier. When I told them the name of my company, they just quickly hung up on me. Bit strange, really.10 yearsSome bloke rang saying he was from the TPS, asked if I get loads of pestering calls. I told him yes, especially from him.
